  16.   Before anyone goes totally ballistic about the routines found in this small
  17.   library let me just say that they were mostly written around midnight under
  18.   a full moon! d;D Some of them are cute and add a bit of spice to your
  19.   programs but do not get carried away as the "cute" feature wears real thin
  20.   after a while. I like to use them on the pop-up help box and when the 
  21.   screen is going to be blanked and restored.  I kinda like to hear the user
  22.   make those little noises that show surprise and approval...
